1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Timeframe: You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene and business reasons, the following cannot be exchanged or returned:

    • Stitched or customized outfits.

    • Items bought on Sale or during promotions.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

  • No Cash Refunds: Like most leading Pakistani retailers, Marjan Ethnic Wear does not offer cash refunds.

  • Store Credit: In the event of a valid return (e.g., defective item), we will issue a digital coupon or store credit of the same value for your next purchase.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Reporting: If you receive a defective or wrong item, please report it via WhatsApp at +92 325 4474266 within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full store credit.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For "change of mind" exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return courier charges.

  • Brand Responsibility: If the error is ours (defective/wrong item), Marjan Ethnic Wear will cover all shipping costs.

5. How to Initiate an Exchange

  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
