1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Thresholds

We believe in transparent pricing to ensure you have the best shopping experience:

  • Nationwide (Pakistan): We offer a flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 for all orders.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE delivery on all nationwide order if you buy two products.

  • International Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

2. Delivery Timelines

We strive to get your favorite ethnic pieces to you as quickly as possible:

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.

  • Standard Delivery (Pakistan): 5 to 7working days.

  • Peak Season/Sales: During new collection launches or sales, please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery.

  • International Delivery: 7 to 14 working days once payment is verified.

3. Order Verification & Cash on Delivery (COD)

To ensure your order reaches the right hands, we follow a strict verification process:

  • Verification Call: For all Cash on Delivery orders, a member of our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your details before dispatch.

  • Unverified Orders: If we are unable to reach you after three attempts, your order will be automatically cancelled.

4. International Customs & Duties

For our global customers, please note that Marjan Ethnic Wear is not responsible for any additional charges once the parcel leaves Pakistan:

  • Customs & Taxes: Any import duties, local taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, we’ll keep you in the loop:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and WhatsApp message containing your unique tracking number.

  • You can use this number on our courier partner’s website to see exactly where your parcel is.

6. Important Notes

  • Color Disclaimer: Actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to photographic lighting or monitor settings.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are 100% accurate. We cannot redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

  • Damaged Parcels: If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon arrival, please do not accept it and notify us immediately via WhatsApp at +92 325 4474266.
